Log In & Set Your Password

Your path to ACF Online

Please remember: your username is in your welcome email. Please log in using the username exactly as it appears in the email.

Open your welcome email

Look for an email titled Welcome to ACF Online! from communications@acfusa.org. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Set your password

Select the gold Set Your Password button in the email. Choose a password, enter it a second time to confirm, and select Save.

Log in

On a computer, go to acfusa.elvanto.net. On a phone, you can use the app (see Step 3). Enter your username and your new password, then select Log In.

If something doesn’t work

I can’t find my welcome emailPlease check your spam or junk folder. If it isn’t there, select Forgot password? on the login page.
The link has expiredSelect Forgot password? on the login page and we will send you a new link.
My login isn’t acceptedPlease check that you are using the username from your welcome email. If you still can’t log in, reach out to us at accounts@acfusa.org and we’ll help.
